Visual Basic is one of the most widely used programming languages available today, and perhaps one of the most popular. The LINQ January Technology Preview bits extend Visual Basic 2005's capabilities by adding enhanced XML integration in both the language itself and the IDE (Integrated Development Environment), provides some code editor features for the LINQ syntax, and enables DLinq for Visual Basic 2005. Visual Basic 9.0 will offer radical improvements in its ability to work with data in all its forms, and the LINQ technology preview bits for Visual Basic 2005 gives you an opportunity to try this exciting and upcoming addition to the Visual Basic language.
