Technology stocks plumbed the day's lows in early afternoon trading on Thursday, suffering from bad news again after mobile phone giant Motorola Inc. said it faces sluggish sales and profits. Motorola's warning added fuel to the fire sparked by computer giant Apple Computer Inc., which warned on Tuesday soft holiday sales would create a loss for the quarter, echoing gloomy sentiment from the likes of personal computer maker Gateway Inc. | ||
