Most Visual Basic 6 applications involve data in some way or another, and most Visual Basic 6 developers are comfortable working with ADO in order to solve their data-handling tasks. It's likely that if you're currently an expert Visual Basic 6 developer, you're interested in moving your skills to the world of .NET, using Visual Basic 2005 as your development language.
