So, why is this NASCAR game so much better than the others? I think the biggest reason is the attention to detail. It's the little things like the tire marks on the track or the dents and scratches in other cars that you see when you pass them. Everything seems real in this game. Even the environment around the track plays a role in the game. When I first played the game I was right on the tail of the leader. After coming around a bend I lost track of him for just a few moments. Why? The sun hit the windshield and caused a flare to appear. I don't even think that you should call this a game. A NASCAR simulation would be a better term.
