Microsoft and Sun join hands on directories | |

One year after their landmark agreement, Sun and Microsoft are "poised to enter the marketplace" together, said Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. Ballmer and Sun CEO Scott McNealy held a press conference in Palo Alto, Calif. on Friday to give an update on their partnership which stunned the industry when it was announced last April. The two CEOs said that engineers from the two companies are collaborating on many areas, including closer integration between their directories and management products. | ||
