Since Microsoft introduced the MSN Internet service in 1995, customer satisfaction and protection have been top priorities. The company has long sought to build trust with consumers by continually improving the protections and other features in MSN services, such as MSN Hotmail and MSN Messenger. As MSN gets set to introduce the latest update to its MSN Hotmail, PressPass sat down with Brian Arbogast, Microsoft corporate vice president for the MSN Communications Platform, to get a progress report on the popular Web e-mail service and the investments MSN is making overall to help provide a seamless and protected online experience for its customers. | ||
