Apple targets Microsoft NT4 users | |

Apple's marketing machine has decided to target NT4 users who didn’t upgrade and those who are miffed at Microsoft for not letting Longhorn out to play for a long time. Microsoft wants to phase out NT Server 4 at the end of the year and Apple PRs have announced that the firm is releasing an NT migration tool as part of the Mac OS X Server 10.4 Tiger release. Built into the server OS, the tool also will enable users to migrate from Windows Server 2000 to Tiger, if they were so minded to do so. | ||
