WE READ with some bemusement that the victory Microsoft had with the European Union recently was down to the PR flair of Steve "there's a kind of hush" Ballmer. Because he negotiated with the EU rather than Bill Gates, resulting in its famous antitrust victory, and resulting in a big fine and a cut down version of Windows, if the ruling stands. | ||
