“Apple Computers promote Godless Darwinism and Communism. Let’s look for a moment at Apple Computers. Founded by long-haired hippies, this company has consistently supported 60s counter-cultural ‘values’. This company is well known for its cult-like following. It isn't much of a stretch to say that it is a cult.” When this message appeared recently on an apparently authentic evangelical website a long debate took place in the community of Apple users about whether the whole thing was a hoax. Everyone agreed that the attack was absurd but most accepted that Apple users do, indeed, constitute something very close to a cult. | ||
