The Microsoft Windows Rights Management (RM) client is required for your computer or device to run applications that use Windows RM technologies to restrict their content. Installing this client places software on your device that allows it to respond to requests for licenses and keys. In addition, your device will also need an RM account certificate in order to work with content that has been restricted using Windows RM. | ||
