Hechter Brothers to Pay Microsoft R1,1m | |

Two brothers who liquidated their computer company after it was charged with software piracy have been ordered to pay damages of R1,1m out of their own pockets. The Pretoria High Court has ordered Matthys Johannes Hechter and Lambertus Gerhardus Hechter, the directors of Keystone Information Service Group, to pay the damages to Microsoft for infringing its software copyrights. | ||
