In Los Angeles today, Siebel Systems and Microsoft are announcing a multi-year global strategic alliance, designed to deliver the first enterprise computing solutions to fully exploit the potential of Web services. The alliance is based on the two industry-leading companies' shared vision for how enterprise applications must evolve to meet the needs of large organizations, and on a belief in the advanced capabilities of Microsoft .NET, Microsoft's software -- using XML Web services -- for connecting information, people, systems and devices in ways not previously possible. | ||
