Microsoft finally released details of the European roll out of the Xbox Live service. The first beta testing of the service will start on October 30th in UK, Germany and France with around 3,000 gamers taking part in the beta testing. An open test will begin on November 30th. The proper retail launch won't happen however until March 14th 2003 - a whole year after the Xbox launched in Europe. The Xbox Live! starter pack will sell for 39.99 which isn't too bad - it will include the 12 months subscription, the Xbox Voice Communicator and a free game or two. Official details will be released later on today. | ||
