Microsoft seems unprepared for the deluge of technical support calls expected when it releases the much-publicised security update for Windows XP. Microsoft can expect thousands of extra technical support calls after the release of its security update for Windows XP this summer, according to security analysts. The Windows XP security update will turn security options on by default, which means that many users will not be able to connect to wireless networks, games servers and even their home networks without reconfiguring their software. | ||
