It has transformed the way people learn, work and play, creating new and previously unimagined opportunities for countless numbers of people. Yet, we are still a long way from bringing these benefits to the majority of people on the globe. Currently, only about five percent of the world population has access to personal computers, whereas media such as TV and radio routinely reach nearly three-quarters of the world’s people. | ||
