Xbox 360 sales skyrocket in Japan | |

Sales for Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox 360 skyrocketed in Japan due to the release of the anticipated RPG Blue Dragon. Media Create Co. on Fri. reported that the Xbox 360 sold 35,343 units from Dec. 4 to Dec. 10. By comparison the console sold 7,000 units the week prior. Microsoft released an Xbox 360 bundle that included Blue Dragon to generate console sales. The game, including bundle inclusions, sold 80,348 units to rank as the No. 4 selling title for the week. | ||
