Determined to reverse Europe's landmark antitrust ruling, Microsoft (MSFT) will be in court this week arguing that it is the victim of a misguided campaign to illegally stymie innovation. Microsoft was to give its opening arguments Monday before the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg. The appeals hearing is set to run all week, though the panel will not rule until late this year or in 2007. | ||
