Paul Allen, the co-founder of Microsoft Corp. (NasdaqNM:MSFT - news) and one of the richest men in the world, sold 1.5 million common shares of USA Networks Inc. (NasdaqNM:USAI - news) last month, according to a government filing. Allen's spokeswoman was not immediately available to comment on the transactions, but it is common for him to sell shares in many of the companies he invests in. | ||
