Microsoft provides device updates to address and respond to the rapid development of new devices, browsers, and markup languages in the wireless industry. Microsoft develops the updates using the extensibility features available in ASP.NET. When you install a device update, the setup program (dupdate.exe) replaces information in the "browserCaps" section of the Machine.config file and adds entries for new adapters, if necessary. | ||
