Microsofts Bill Gates will be in Beijing tomorrow to make a pitch to the mainlands No 2 mobile phone carrier. He plans to sign a framework agreement with China United Telecommunications to jointly explore developing a platform and applications using Microsofts operating system for mobile services. | ||
