When upgrading from the 120-day trial software of SharePoint Portal Server 2001 to the licensed version, a new portal folder is created within each workspace. This makes it difficult to recover any customizations made to the original portal. If your computer is running SharePoint Portal Server Trial Software version 3914.3, you can prevent this issue by running the script contained in the executable file on this page before upgrading. This script changes the version stamp of the portal within the workspaces to the correct version. | ||
