Microsoft finally announced the Xbox 360 Arcade version of their console today. It’s been rumored for weeks. The unit replaces the Core system, selling for $279.99. There’s still no hard-drive for this lowest-end 360, but it now comes with a 256MB memory card, a wireless controller (instead of a wired one) and five pre-loaded Xbox Live Arcade games, including “Uno” and “Pac-Man: Championship Edition.”
