Microsoft Taps Telefonica to Deliver Live Messenger VOIP | |

Microsoft has chosen Telefonica as the exclusive carrier to provide VoIP (voice over Internet Protocol) services to Windows Live Messenger users in the U.S. and some South American countries, the companies said Friday.
