I just spotted this on Clubic and I thought it was interesting. Some of you might have noticed the big jump in the version numbers of the Detonator drivers. It's actually easy once you understand how it works. They number the drivers from the latest chip it supports. For the NV25, and until the NV30 is released, all the drivers will be numbered between 25.00 and 29.99. Some beta drivers were released today (version 27.10), so they support the upcoming GeForce 4. When the NV30 is released, the driver numbers will be from 30.00 to 34.99, until the NV35.. and so on! | ||
