A Chat with the Man in Charge In a little more than a year since Shane Kim took over as head of Microsoft Game Studios (MGS), he has led some of the largest and most successful game launches in the publishers history, including Fable and Halo 2. Kim manages the first-party development teams and basically works with some of the most talented people in the industry.
