Lindows has introduced LindowsLite to their OEM program. This scaled down version of LindowsOS includes Internet browsing, email, IM, "easy networking," and 6 games. By scaling back the OS and reducing the cost of entry into their "builders program," Lindows hopes to entice smaller computer vendors to install LindowsOS on their systems. The new program will cost just $100 a year, according to the report. | ||
