Microsoft will rename it's softgrid line of products to Microsoft Application Virtualization. Microsoft Application Virtualization is part of the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP). Microsoft Application Virtualization is now available as a public beta(beta 1) on Microsoft Connect and will become available through MDOP and Microsoft Application Virtualization for Terminal Services in summer 2008 Microsoft also mentioned that MDOP is the fastest selling product in the history of the Volume License program. This probably has something to do with Softgrid..uhh Microsoft Application Virtualization. | ||
