For a gamer, it was like winning the Powerball jackpot. When Microsoft launched its Xbox video game console in 2001, Wichitan Kevin Bock won a system at a local video store giveaway. "I got it the first day. It was huge," he recalled. This time around, he won't gamble. Bock, 16, has been saving his wages from a fast-food job since summer. He reserved the new version of the console, the Xbox 360, in August; its Nov. 22 launch is considered a major event in the gaming community. | ||
