Microsoft Appeal To Be Broadcast Live on Web | |

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit will allow a live broadcast of its proceedings for the first time when it hears arguments in the Microsoft Corp antitrust appeal.The court said Monday that "due to the widespread public interest in this case," it would allow a live broadcast via audio feed to the Internet, as well as to radio and television. The court has scheduled seven hours of arguments over two days, beginning February 26th. A federal district judge ruled last year that Microsoft was in violation of U.S. antitrust laws, and, as a remedy, ordered the software giant broken into two separate companies. | ||
