  D-Link Launches TI-Based 802.11g Products

Wireless Network firm D-Link announced a family of 802.11g products based on the Texas Instruments TNETW1130 chipset.

That, claimed D-Link, gives an eight time improvement over 802.11b throughputs.

The firm said that the AirPlus Xtreme G+ product line will offer "complete interoperability" and mixed mode performance with 802.11b products.
