Ahead has just released Nero 5.5.5.1, the first Nero version to officially support Windows XP! Nero 5.5.5.1 fixes many bugs and carries various enhancements listed below:

  • Added many new recorders.
  • DAO mode is now present as default and active in CD Copy dialog and it is not changeable
  • Added new 'buffer underrun preventing features': Power-Burn, BURN-Free and SafeLink
  • Added IMAPI lock for Windows XP
  • Several improvements to comply with Windows XP Logo
