SEATTLE -- The Corbis Corporation, a photography-archiving company owned by Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates, sued Amazon.com and several of its partners on Monday, alleging copyright infringement. The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Seattle, seeks undetermined damages that could total in the millions of dollars from Amazon, 15 vendors and as many as 10 other unidentified defendants. | ||
