There�s been more than a few Xbox events in Europe over the last few months, with everything from student challenges, to places where gamers can test drive Xbox Live before its release in the region this Spring. This morning it was announced that Xbox will be at the Xbox Big Day Out, a freestyle ski and snowboard competition that will be held on Val D�Isere mountain, France, starting on February 24th. The event will have over 3,000 spectators, as well as U.K., U.S. and European riders including: Heikki Sorsa, Joni Malmi, Danny Wheeler, Mathieu Crepel, Jonas Emery, Boyd Easly Tanner Hall and Jon Olson, all competing for the �15,000 prize money.

The event�s being supported by Oakely, and will have Microsoft adding both the Xbox Megacruiser where attendees can play Transworld Snowboarding, as well as other Xbox games, and win prizes, as well as the Xbox Big Day Out party.
