Xbox 360 w/ HD-DVD Cheaper Than PS3? | |

There's good news this Monday morning for Xbox 360 aficionados...not so good for PS3. An Xbox 360 Premium Pack combined with the standalone HD-DVD drive is going to be cheaper than PS3; that is, if the sources for website gamesindustry.biz are correct. According to the retail sources, Microsoft's intentions are to sell the add-on HD-DVD drive for GBP 199 (293 Euro) and to make the offer more enticing, it will be packaged with two high definition movies. If GBP 199 sounds familiar, that's the exact price that the Core Xbox 360 was lowered to in Britain a few days ago. | ||
