Judge Hubert Legal, who is hearing Microsoft Corp.'s appeal against a European Union antitrust decision, said there is no sign of a settlement in the case. “We haven't received any indication” the EU will withdraw the case or that Microsoft will drop its appeal, Legal, a judge at the European Court of First Instance, said in an interview in Luxembourg last week. | ||
