The Windows CE .NET Platform Export Tool (CEPET) is a tool that makes it easy to prepare Windows CE .NET device platforms and runtimes for non-commercial sharing and collaboration. The CEPET End User License Agreement grants the rights to share Windows CE .NET Platform images and includes a wizard to easily "wrap" all of the platform files, runtime files and associated licenses together into a single installation file.
