Under a distribution and development agreement, Hewlett-Packard, one of the world's top computer and printer makers, will integrate AIM instant messaging services into its own messaging portfolio. Instant messaging enables computer users to send text messages to each other in real-time. Microsoft is gearing up to offer a company enterprise version of its MSN Messenger later this year while IBM is pushing its FaceTime messaging system to the tens of millions of users of its Lotus Notes group communication system. | ||
