Microsoft buys office complex for $100 million | |

Microsoft Corp. followed up a small real estate deal two weeks ago with a whopper on Monday, paying $100 million for Cedar Court, a four-building office complex a few blocks west of its main campus in Redmond. It was the area's biggest office building sale of the year and the most money paid since Microsoft bought a separate office complex nearby, LakeRidge Square, last December for $142.2 million. Cedar Court is located on 10 acres at 148th Avenue and Northeast 36th Street in Redmond's Overlake area. | ||
