GameSpot: So what exactly does a director of content planning do? Ken Lobb: Well, my job is to look at the Xbox's game portfolio all over the world trying to balance between first and third party content. I try to make sure I get balance for each territory and do deals that support multiple territories as much as possible, although we're focusing as much as we can here in Japan. There's good and bad to that but we’re getting a lot of support from Japanese publishers. They tend to look at whether the game will sell everywhere. | ||
