Microsoft´s Bill Gates will be in Beijing tomorrow to make a pitch to the mainland´s No 2 mobile phone carrier. He plans to sign a framework agreement with China United Telecommunications to jointly explore developing a platform and applications using Microsoft´s operating system for mobile services. | ||
