  Pinnacle Studio 7.11 Beta 22 Released

For all the video fans around there, I thought I'd let you know Pinnacle has just released an updated beta patch for their top notch video mounting software, Studio 7. This patch updates the software to version 7.11.22. This new version fixes a lot of issues and adds new features as listed below:

  • DC10plus Windows XP and Windows 2000 support,
  • Improved ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon support
  • MPEG-2 quality improvement (fixed field swap)
  • Audio peak meter works correctly
  • Slow-mo quality improvement (better de-interlace)
  • Titles can be trimmed past 1 hour mark on timeline
  • Output volume slider displays properly
  • Improved quality after HFX (eliminated luminance shift)
  • Custom Capture settings with DC10plus work properly
  • DC10plus – gray picons
  • DC10plus – scene detect errors fixed
  • Rendering of >2GB files no longer necessary
  • No longer hangs after Make Tape
  • Wrong field order when rendering to tape form DC10plus to DV plus
  • The DC10+ assistant should now not run before the DC10+ hardware installer has completed
