Page 186 of the MCSE Training Kit: Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Design and Deployment (ISBN 0-7356-1257-9) refers to a file on the companion CD-ROM. The third paragraph reads: "For an example of how to process .csv import/export files using an Excel macro, open the EXPORT_IMPORT.XLS workspace from the \Chapter04\Examples directory on the Supplemental Course Materials CD." This file is not located on the Supplemental Course Materials CD. This file is available for download here. | ||
