Boston convention center lands Microsoft event for 2006 | |

The new Boston convention center has landed the largest booking of its brief existence, Microsoft Corp.'s annual TechEd convention in 2006. Mayor Thomas Menino and Michael J. Kosek, who runs Microsoft's New England operations, announced the agreement Wednesday, The Boston Globe reported. The convention is expected to draw 10,000 visitors. | ||
