  MSN determined to take lead spot in search engine wars

Microsoft is not happy with MSN Search's third place finish in a recent study of search engine popularity. So the company has upgraded the site to provide users more accurate results than they can find on the top two engines, Google and Yahoo. Some web developers are concerned that MSN's changes mean they will have to restructure their sites so they'll show up significantly in search listings, but analysts say those fears seem unwarranted.
