  Dell A02 ROM Posted for Axim PocketPC

Dell has released ROM version A02 for the Axim PocketPCs.
The update contains the following fixes:

  • Improved backup battery status monitoring
  • Changed time-out values for power light (notifications) to improve battery life
  • Improved start-up time
  • Improved navigation button applet
  • Improved CompactFlash modem interface driver
  • Support for C1 stepping of Intel XScale CPU
Note: The upgrade will hard reset your device.

You can download the update directly from Dell's FTP (27.2 MB) or by searching their Support Page. Detailed installation instructions are also available at the Support Page.
