Originally expected to debut this past fall, Artisan Home Entertainment has finally announced a new February 18th street date for Stargate Ultimate Edition. This two-disc set includes (at long last!) 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen transfers of both the theatrical and extended cuts of the film, available via seamless branching. Each version of the film also includes Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 surround tracks, plus a host of extras: audio commentary by director Roland Emmerich and producer Dean Devlin two featurettes, a still gallery, filmographies and trailers. Retail is a mere $19.95. | ||
