TeamXbox have posted an interview with Jacob Anderson, Hitman 2 Lead Designer. Here is part of the Q&A: How far in development is Hitman 2 and when did the idea of making a sequel first originate? Jacob A: The whole game is finished now. Right now we're fixing small bugs and tweaking the gameplay. We're also in the process of optimizing the last bits of the PC code for the consoles. The idea for a sequel was pretty obvious when you look at the amount of new ideas we got while making the first installment. The first Hitman was certainly a very cool game, but it did lack in longevity. Will the sequel be "longer" in terms of missions and objectives? Jacob A: Hitman2 will have far more missions than Hitman1 and while they're not as big (some of the levels in Hitman1 just got too big (jungle) they're more detailed. | ||
