Tim Sneath put together a great list of "30 Windows 7 Secrets". If you're using the Windows 7 beta, this is a must-read. Some of the keyboard shortcuts include moving windows a half screen at a time with Windows+Right (or Left) Arrow, or using Windows+Up/Down to minimize/maximize. You can hit Windows+Home to minimize all the windows except the current one. Windows+T will give focus to your taskbar, allowing you to zip through the windows with the arrow keys.
The Problem Steps Recorder was news to me, capturing the screen while you recreate a problem with your computer. Designers will be interested in Gabriola, a beautiful new ornamental font that uses smart ligatures. Tim even tells you how to get back to the Vista Taskbar and Quick Launch toolbar if you really miss it.
