DirectX 9.0 SDK Update - (Summer 2003): Managed Code Expiration Patch | |

The final release of "DirectX 9.0 SDK Update - Summer 2003" was released with expiration code enabled for the managed API. We were alerted of this issue October 1st and had the SDK and redist downloads update by October 4th, 2003. In addition to updating the existing downloads, we wanted to create a patch that would allow developers, who already had the summer update SDK installed, to just run a quick patch to "fix" their existing SDK install. Following the install a log file will be created (mdxupdate.log) in the download folder you specify. It will provide specifics on exactly what files were updated and where they were located. We are sincerely apologetic for any problems this issue has created and have made our best attempts to solve the problem quickly. Thank you for your patience.
