When people email reviewers and techies, they are often offended when they ought not to be. People keep asking, "man, what is the deal with him? I just asked him a simple question, jeez." Well this often emanates from the way you ask them, and a general misunderstanding of what we (webmasters/reviews/Editor In Chiefs/etc..) have to put up with. Every single reviewer at a large or medium website knows what I am talking about.
Imagine if you will, a normal load of upwards of a HUNDRED or so emails PER DAY. Most likely, upwards of 50% of it is spam, assuming spam filter is not on. Ok, what is the rest? The rest of it is our correspondence with other companies, and after that it is just a plethora of stupid questions, stupid suggestions, legitimate questions, and legitimate suggestions. Any email from a reader can be generally placed in one of those four categories.
